Sonu\u00e7 olarak, se\u00e7imsel\u00a0 ve siyasal iktidar payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 garantileyen kurumsal denge-fren mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini\u00a0 belgelenecek. T\u00fcrkiye demokratik ve kurumsal konsolidasyon s\u00fcrecinde d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131ndad\u0131r, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncemiz odur ki s\u00fcregelen iktidar m\u00fccadelesinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kestirmek i\u00e7in daha \u00e7ok erken. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, bu s\u00fcrecin muhtemel yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131mlamak zordur.
