I will try to say something on this topic talking about the experiences of the association that I have the honour to chair for 4 years, MEDEL, an acronym for <i>Magistrats europ\u00e9ens pour la d\u00e9mocratie et les libert\u00e9s<\/i><a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/onurtoy\/Downloads\/monettiyazisi\/Vito%20Monettis%20Article_VY.doc#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>.
