The conference will be held at Regent’s University campus in Regent’s Park, London, UK from 30 May to 1 June 2014. The conference is devoted to investigating Turkish migration dynamics and patterns, migrant experiences, costs of migration, economic, social, educational and cultural outcomes.The scholars and students from anthropology, demography, economics, psychology, sociology, development studies and other disciplines with an interest in Turkish migration are welcomed to submit papers and posters on any aspect related to Turkish migrations around the world. Submission deadline is 24th September, 2013. Acceptance decisions will be communicated to the authors by 29th October, 2013.

  • 24 September 2013, Tuesday: Submission of abstracts (300 words) and session proposals.
  • 29 October 2013, Tuesday: Author notifications
  • 15 January 2014, Wednesday: Submission of full papers (7 pages maximum) or extended abstracts (word or pdf files). Please see the conference paper template.
  • 28 March 2014: Early Bird Full Conference Registration deadline
  • 9 May 2014, Friday: Final Registration deadline.
