The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is currently undertaking a comprehensive recruitment programme, aimed at recruiting 5000 new officers by 2015. An essential component of the Mayor’s vision for the MPS is that their officers and staff should reflect the city it serves.

Police Officer Recruitment Meet and Learn Session is the first in a series of events that will enable members of the public to find out about becoming a police officer and it will provide a valuable opportunity to hear and question existing police officers about a career in the MPS.
